Thank you for shopping at (Claudia Reis Arte)! We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges Your article must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the product arrives at your residence, we ask that you send a photo by email (claudia.sagomesalmeida@gmail.com) and wait a few days for our return. I will always be available to talk and solve in the best way.

The delivery time is counted in working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Business day for delivery: From Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 18:00h.
